Phillip Wehmeyer

Phil moved to Durango in 1996 after traveling to the area for business and pleasure on numerous occasions. He has been involved with the outdoor sports industry since the age of twenty and has been in real estate since 1999. After visiting most of the West's top resorts, he believes that "Durango and Durango Mountain Resort offer wonderful opportunities. The town of Durango has one of the greatest communities you could ever imagine, while Durango Mountain Resort offers terrific ways for people to connect with the community and tap into an incredible array of outdoor recreation here is Southwest Colorado."

Phil loves working with clients to help them realize their dreams of owning a mountain getaway. He is a firm believer that resort real estate is a great long-term investment.

Phil and his wife Bridget, with their two dogs, Lucy and Maddie, work hard to make sure they always fit their outdoor pursuits into their busy schedules. Phil says, "Life is about balance and taking the time to enjoy the amazing things and places of our world with the people you love. Bridget and I live here because this area gives us the opportunity to do that on a daily basis."

So when you're talking to Phil about real estate, don't forget to ask him about the best places to hike, mountain bike, cross country ski, snowshoe, or fly fish. If it's out there, Phil will know!
